Ingredients
  

  • 2 burger buns ⠀
  • 2 egg patties I used @eatjust
  • 2 meat patties I used @beyondmeat
  • 4 tbsp red sauerkraut ⠀
  • 4 tbsp sriracha mayo ⠀
  • 1 avocado sliced⠀
  • salt & pepper to taste⠀

Instructions
 

  • First, Cook beyond meat as per package instructions.
  • Then place egg patties in toaster, assemble buns first with beyond patties, egg patties, sliced avocado & sauerkraut.
  • Finally, drizzle with sriracha mayo and season to taste with salt and pepper... Enjoy 😉
