Vegan Ramen Noodles

Ramen Noodles is almost perfect in every way… except for the health factor. However, it takes just two healthy ingredients to transform any curly noodle into a nourishing meal. This Vegan Ramen is full of flavor and healthy because it’s made with fresh veggies and a Maggi Original Seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • MAGGI Original Seasoning ⠀
  • 120 g ramen noodles⠀
  • 1 large carrot julienned ⠀
  • 1 cup bean sprouts ⠀
  • 1 medium bok choy base cut off ⠀
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ⠀
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar ⠀
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce ⠀
  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce ⠀
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil ⠀
  • 1/4 cup water ⠀
  • 4 sprigs green onion julienned ⠀
  • 4 cloves garlic minced ⠀
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles as per packet instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large pan and add in ginger and garlic, cook over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Next, add in the bok choy and cook until slightly wilted, next add in the carrots and bean sprouts.
  • In a small bowl mix in the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and water.
  • Drain ramen noodles and add straight until pan, next drizzle with MAGGI original seasoning about 15 drops.
  • Next, add in the bowl of mixed sauce and stir to combine.
  • Top with a few more drops of MAGGI original seasoning and green onions.
  • Serve immediately and... Enjoy 😉
