Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower or one bag of frozen cauliflower florets ⠀
  • 1 squash  cut into cubes or one bag of frozen cubed squash 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes ⠀ sliced
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves  minced
  • 1 serrano chili⠀ minced
  • 1 tbsp garam masala⠀
  • 1 tbsp chili powder ⠀
  • 1.5 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder 
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can coconut cream ⠀
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or any vegetable oil ⠀
  • 1/2 cup parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 3hrs, for more softened vegetables over 4hrs. 
  • Serve with your favorite rice or naan and...⠀Enjoy 😉
